Summary[]
Olie wants to keep on playing boinky ball so he can keep on winning. But Billy's tired of losing. No more games for him. Percy reminds Olie that everyone likes to win at least sometimes. Olie figures he can make his friend feel a whole lot better by letting him win at whirl-n-wicket. But that’s no fun either. Playing fair and square is really the only way. And if you don't play the same game all the time, everybody gets a chance to win.<gallery>
